  Needed major dental work done, they took months to get back with the estimate, blaming insurance- even though I was in contact with insurance the whole time. Finally sorted that out to tell us that we waited too long and now root canals are necessary rather than cavity filling. we were Charged for more than was done, no offer to refund money or correct the issue, just that there won’t be a charge until after they re-bill insurance. after insurance went through I was offered a check that will take 30 days to refund. They had us come in for a "reevaluation" with little remorse for what had happened, but left with a slightly better attitude towards the place.
  
  Update! 4 months later I’m still waiting on them to get back to me to finish his dental work. Unfortunately, i think we will have to be starting over with another dentist. Absolutely ridiculous and very unhappy.
